FIMO NECKLACE

When I was a kid I used to play with Fimo constantly, then I would cook it in the oven and come up with hundreds of kiddie creations! A couple of weeks ago my friend re-introduced it to me and from then on I just can't get enough of it! I absolutely love molding it and then cooking it to make it firm. I love how it comes in lots of different colors! So today i am going to show you how to make a Fimo necklace.

You need:
-Fimo (I brought mine from Whitcoulls for about $5)
-Baking tray
-Baking paper
-Oven

1. Mold the clay in your hands to make it soft and mould-able.

2. Roll and mold the clay into a oval shape.

3.Your shape should now be looking like this! A flat oval.

4. Make another oval shape and this time connect it to the previous oval by separating the clay and then moulding it back together once they are connected inside each other.

5. Continue this step over and over again until you have around 12 loops depending on how you want it to look!

6. Now cook the clay on a baking tray at 110 degrees°C for 30 minutes.

7. Once cooked tie some sting around the back of the chain to make it as short or as long as you like!

That is it! Super simple and heaps of fun! And trust me you can just about make anything and everything with this wonderful clay Fimo.

This is also something i made out of purple Fimo! Cute little bows on a chain.
